I arrived 5 minutes early for my 8am appointment. The doors were still closed. However when the receptionist saw me, she opened the door and allowed e to sit inside. The dental assistant, I believe her name is Olivia, she took my ex-rays. The hygienist, Richelle, was next. She was very knowledgeable and assuring. I had to wait a few minutes for Dr. Reddy. She is a gem. I liked the fact that she gave me options and recommendations. The billing clerk wasn't in office. I am awaiting the cost of the procedures to determine what I will do first. Quite a nice experience for the office I least like to hang around 🫣

If you need a great dental experience, this is definitely the place to go. A whole team of professionals that will become family once you get into this office, from reception, to everyone working on your dental case. Vic and Arnelle are absolutely AMAZING! They worked until my dentures were a precise fit and color, and did not rush me or the process. These ladies should be protected at all costs and definitely need a raise after dealing with me being so picky. I LOVE my new smile and owe it all to Vic and Arnelle, thank you ladies, you’re the best!

The staff was very nice on the phone but gave wrong information. I was told if my dentures could not be repaired I can get replacement in one day. When I get there of course they could not be repaired which I expected. Then when I said same day or day replacement they said that was only for existing clients! How that makes sense.. they said at least a week I said need them no later then Monday morning which would be a week and they said it won't be ready then. So I found Affordable dentures and implants on the internet located 15 minutes away. They squeezed me in at 2 pm when I called at 11:45. Staff is wonderful and they are able to have my new dentures Wednesday. Highly recommend skipping Aspen Dental and going straight to Affordable Dentures and Implants.

Aspen Dental on Skibo Road is great. My hygienist is Richelle, and she's terrific. She's professional and personable and does a super job cleaning my teeth. Highly recommend!

Staff from front desk to Marie in treatment planning and payment were incredibly professional, patient, thorough and kind. Dr Nas was kind, explanatory and masterful. This was the best dental experience I have experienced in my 69 years.
